The hotel’s Olea restaurant has a motif of stark black and white which runs throughout to form a truly contemporary environment. It serves an innovative selection of Andalusian dishes and fine wines. Le Colonial is a more traditional-style venue serving breakfast and buffet dinners made as you watch. Fresh meat and fish is complemented by a themed menu.
