Newly built along the lines of a classical Arabic house, Alf Leila comes with a courtyard lined with palm trees and a fountain, offering guests relaxation and luxury. Created with an abundance of local knowledge, Alf Leila combines the best of Arabic and Bedouin culture, ancient and religious history and oriental stylish living.

The hotel has a shop selling unique handmade Arabic and Bedouin crafts as well as luxury products from all over the world.

There is also a public outdoor terrace where guests can sit and enjoy the sun or gaze at the stars. You are also welcomed to sit and relax in our garden any time.

All the rooms have been individually and elegantly designed along the lines of the Arabic tale One Thousand and One Nights. Using colour, lighting and soft furnishings, the hotel created truly beautiful living spaces. Far from being just a hotel room, Alf Leila’s guestrooms make you feel like you are living at home. Guestrooms have access to a private balcony or the beautiful courtyard.

Wake every morning to the delicious smells of freshly baked bread, croissants and filter coffee from our very own bakery. Everything from rye and wholemeal bread to rolls, pretzels and baguettes are baked by us. As Dahab’s first German bakery, we even offer apple strudel and black forest gateau. Pick up your breakfast or a salad and sandwich for lunch, or pop by to enjoy coffee and cake with friends.

Lunch and dinner are also available. You can choose from traditional German snacks, such as potato salad and pretzels, to extravagant, freshly prepared Egyptian cuisine.

For your comfort, we also provide 24-hour room service offerings drinks and meals.

Alf Leila is situated at the top of El Fanar Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Along the beach are restaurants, bars and cafés offering you good food and relaxed Bedouin-style sitting places where you can enjoy the sun while gazing at the stunning Red Sea.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged USD 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs USD 5.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.
