To guarantee your stay, whether long or short, is comfortable and relaxing we equip our rooms with all the conveniences of home, with the addition of luxury services such as housekeeping, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning. For maxim convenience and safety every suite comes with a personal safe.

Because we understand that every customer is unique our kitchenettes are fully equipped for personal meal preparation including a coffee/tea maker and microwave and our air conditioners are individually controlled.
Hair dryers, IDD telephones and in- house video programs are also included with every suite.

55kms from the Kuala Lampur’s International Airport. Taxis and hired cars are available for direct transport from the airport to the property as well as the more ‘scenic’ route on the ERL train from the airport to KL city and on then on to Duta Vista Suites by taxi.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs MYR 15.00 per person.
