Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

The Plaza accepts small dogs or cats (approximately 15-20 pounds maximum). Other animals are not permitted. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. All guests checking in with a pet have to sign a release accepting responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. If there is damage caused by the pet the owner must pay all charges incurred in full to have it repaired. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13.375 % Tax is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 14.95 per 24 hours.
