The staff at the reception is pleased to inform you about the various cultural events, such as concerts, taking place in the fortress and in Mirabell Palace. These tickets can be booked at the hotel, as well as for guided tours and excursions in and around the city. The breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 09:30.
The hotel is a 5-minute taxi drive or a 15-minute walk from Salzburg's train station. You can also take a public bus (lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 25 or 26) to Mirabellplatz, then walk straight ahead. After the traffic lights, take the first street to the left.
Please note that, due to the hotel's location in a pedestrian zone, it is only possible to drive to the hotel to unload your luggage. There is a parking garage (Mirabellgarage) close by.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
