Situado en el corazón de Roma, entre el Coliseo y la Basílica de San Giovanni, este nuevo Bed & Brakfast se encuentra a poca distancia de los principales monumentos de la ciudad.

Ubicado en la colina Caelian, una de las famosas siete colinas de Roma, el "1 de Via Dei Valeri" abrió sus puertas en marzo de 2008. Desde la residencia se puede llegar fácilmente a otros sitios históricos, como el Foro Imperial y el Mercado de Trajano. Muy cerca se puede visitar Villa Celimontana, un importante yacimiento arqueológico y parque público que alberga diferentes eventos, incluyendo el festival de jazz más famoso de la ciudad.

Los principales medios de transporte (bus y metro) están a pocos minutos del establecimiento y le permitirán llegar fácilmente a otras partes de la ciudad.
