Thanks to its geographical position, Zadar offers a mild Mediterranean climate (warm and dry summers, and mild and rainy winters) which is reflected in a beautiful Mediterranean vegetation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.50 per hour.
