The apartments offer a range of services, including a weekly linen change, a change of towels every 2 days and a service clean every other day for stays of one week or more. A grocery shopping service is available at an additional charge and all apartments include a welcome pack on arrival, which contains tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and breakfast cereal.

There are a number of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away.

Check-in instructions: We do not operate a reception on site we therefore ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakages.

Our office opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00.
Duty Manager on call 24 hrs.

For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made.

Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking.

Please note we do not accept single sex parties ie. stag or hen parties

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7.50 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
