The cottage is located just off the M9, on the outskirts of Linlithgow (birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots) and beautifully situated. Scotland's capital, Edinburgh, is just 15 minutes away by train and its airport is just 12 minutes away by road.

The Kingdom of Fife with its historic towns like St Andrews and Stirling, gateway to the Highlands, are both a short drive away. Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the stunning west coast are little more than an hour away.
