Each of the spacious, attractive rooms has all the modern comforts you need in a restful, relaxing base, including TVs with digital Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. The room rates include a generous full English or continental breakfast. Marston Moretaine is on the A421 between Bedford and Milton Keynes, just 5 kilometres from junction 13 of the M1 motorway. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or simply passing through, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. |

Modern rooms, all recently refurbished with new bedlinen and curtains, facilities include brand new LCD digital TV with all freeview channels. Every room has a leather tray with kettle, selection of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Double and Twin rooms have bathrooms with a bath and shower, the single is shower room only, shampoo, bath/shower foam and soap provided.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
