Milford Haven Golf Club (2 miles / 3 km) - an 18 hole, par 71 course situated over rolling parkland. 6,035 yards long, featuring panoramic views of the attractive Haven waterway from most holes.

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park (3 miles / 5 km) - the only primarily coastal National Park in the U.K. A varied landscape of rugged cliffs, sandy beaches, wooded estuaries and wild inland hills, covering a total area of 620 km².

Pembroke Castle (8.5 miles / 13.5 km) - with features dating back to the early 13th century, Pembroke Castle is one of the largest castles in Wales. It occupies a strong position high on a ridge between two tidal inlets.

By car - Take the A40 towards Carmarthen.
- Continue on the A40 following signs for Haverfordwest.
- Once there, take the A4076 to Milford Haven.
- When you reach the end of Great North Road, turn right into Hamilton Terrace.
- The Lord Nelson will be on your right.
By train (from Milford Haven Station, 500 metres) - Exit the station and bear left past the roundabout onto Victoria Road.
- Follow the road around to the left, which will lead you onto Hamilton Road.
- The hotel will be a short distance away on your left.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
