Our hotel is excellent for families. They can spend their nights in the purpose-built family rooms. Children can have fun not only in the aqua centre, but also in the children's playroom. While parents are enjoying health treatments, children are able to play there . We also have special treatment packages for infants. Everything necessary for a child to have a good time is available. The rooms are located over 3 floors, all of which have spacious hallways, and most of the rooms have a magnificent view towards the neighbouring castle, the sea or the city park of Kuressaare. Every room has a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are allergy-free. Photos:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.20 per night and person for extra beds. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.80 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
