By car:

- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction
of the city centre.
- Once the freeway ends at the set of traffic lights, continue along the
M62 – Buitengracht.
- Turn left onto Wale Street and left again onto Adderley Street.
- Once again, turn left onto Church Street.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 12 to 18 years is charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 50.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
