By car:

- Coming from Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the
direction of the city centre.
- When the N2 splits after approximately 12,5 km, stay on the right
lanes (Eastern Boulevard/Cape Town North/CTICC/Waterfront).
- Exit to your right (Strand exit).
- Continue on Strand Street (which turns into High Level Road).
- Turn right onto Firmount Road.
- After approximately 150 metres, turn left onto Bickley Road.
- Bickley Terraces is at the end of the street.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
One child or adult is charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
