By car:

- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 into the city.
- When driving towards the mountain, change onto the M3 City.
- On De Waal Drive, stay on the left lanes.
- Take the Mill Street off-ramp to your left-hand side.
- Continue on the main road until you reach the T-junction.
- Turn left onto Buitengracht (later New Church Street).
- Turn right onto Bumside Road at the first set of traffic lights.
- Turn right onto Upper Buitengracht straightaway.
- The second road on your left-hand side is Carstens Street.

- Coming from Paarl, continue on the N1 until it becomes the
Buitengracht.
- Once the Buitengracht becomes the New Church Street, turn right
onto Bumside Road at the first set of traffic lights.
- Turn right onto Upper Buitengracht straight away.
- The second road on your left-hand side is Carstens Street.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 14 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
ZAR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
