Our stylish lodge dates back to 1889 and features an authentic Victorian charm, mixed with modern interiors, beautifully set amidst a natural environment within easy distance of the area’s attractions.
Originally one of the first farm houses in Green Point, we equipped our lodge and its luxurious guest rooms with top-class amenities. Housing sumptuously decorated, comfortable and contemporary accommodation, the rooms feature a sense of simple elegance.
Relax and enjoy your homemade breakfast in the tranquil garden which contains a large sparkling swimming pool. In our cosy and elegant lounge, you can unwind after a day exploring this wonderful area in front of our open fire place, spending a quiet moment reading a book or sipping a glass of exquisite South African wine.

This lodge is the perfect base from which to explore the region’s natural and cultural highlights including Table Mountain, Cape Point and the beautiful Winelands, as well as the various other attractions that Cape Town’s cultural diversity provides.
The V&A Waterfront is one of South Africa’s most visited destinations. Against a backdrop of sea and mountain views, it is a diverse development with a working harbour. It is home to designer label stores and boutiques, along with a spread of excellent restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets. The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window to the local oceans, offering glimpses of the life found off the South African coastline.
