All guests are required upon check in to leave a $250.00 deposit for incidentals on a major credit card. Due to Hurricane Omar the restaurant, pool bar and pool at our Flamingo Beach Resort will be closed until further notice. While the legal currency is Antillean Florins on the Dutch side of the island, the US dollar is widely accepted. Euros however are only accepted on the French side of the island. All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort (Front Desk). Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 20 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
