Visa Information:
For anyone wishing to enter Lebanon, a visa is required, except in the following circumstances:

- Syrian Nationals for unlimited stays, provided they are arriving directly from Syria (check with the embassy for current regulations).
- Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE for stays of up to 3 months.
- Transit passengers continuing their journey on the same aircraft or on the first connecting aircraft, provided they are holding onward or return documentation and they are not spending the night or leaving the airport.

The following can obtain their visas on arrival at Beirut International Airport or any other port of entry at the Lebanese border, providing passport holders do not possess an Israeli stamp, and they hold return or onward tickets:

- Nationals of the countries listed above.
- Nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China (PR), Costa Rica, Cyprus, Hong Kong (SAR), Iceland, Korea (Rep), Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Singapore, Switzerland and Venezuela.

If you are not a passport holder in one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
