All rooms are equipped with a high-tech communications system and a generously sized desk, in addition to the listed amenities.

The marble bathrooms are equipped with an audio system, telephone and European toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and shower gel. There is also a lighted make-up mirror, scales and sewing kit. Non-smoking rooms are available on request (subject to availability). High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available in the public area and on executive floors.

By Plane:
The hotel has a limousine service and provides airport pick-up and drop-off at an additional cost per car per trip (tax and service charges included).

Visas are required by all except the following:
Nationals of Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, United Arab Emirates and Yemen for maximum stays of one.

Nationals of certain countries, including all Western European countries, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the USA, can obtain visas on arrival at the airport in Jordan.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs USD 5.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs USD 20.00 per 24 hours.
