There is an obligatory service charge of EUR 45.00 per person (older than 3 years) to be paid at the hotel on your arrival which includes weekly consumption of electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
