The hotel is extremely well-connected. The A4 motorway is only 2 kilometres from the property. The Elisabethstraße bus stop is directly opposite the front gate and the Frechen Kirche tram stop is just 600 metres down the road.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
