Our hotel is situated in the middle of the quiet district Salzburg-Liefering, a village within the city. We are close to the motorway exit Salzburg-Mitte, the football stadium (EURO 2008), the casino, Salzburg's biggest shopping mall - the Europark, the exhibition centre of Salzburg and the Salzburg Arena. There are very good public transport links to the historical city centre.

highway A1 - exit "Salzburg-Mitte / Freilassing" (exit ramp is in the tunnel) - exit the round-about heading toward "Freilassing" - 1st traffic light left - follow the Lieferinger Hautpstrasse for approximately 300 m - we are located opposite the church.
The hotel can also be reached by public transport: bus nr. 4 - bus station Lieferinger Spitz (app. 300 m to the hotel).

Please inform the hotel in advance if you intend to check-in outside the regular check-in hours (15:00 to 22:00).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
