The breakfast buffet is served every day from 07:00 to 10:00 (on weekends until 11:00).
The hotel is located right in the heart of the historical old town of Lucerne, only 5 to 10 minutes’ walking distance from the railway station and the top tourist attractions such as the world-famous Chapel Bridge, the new Culture and Congress Centre - designed by Jean Nouvel - and the famous Bucherer Watch and Jewellery Shop.
Please pay in cash at arrival. At the moment, no credit or maestro cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
