Bed and bathroom linen can be provided in the apartment at an additional cost: bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase whereas bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and television are not included in the price (fee required). Before leaving, guests must either clean the whole apartment or choose – on request, at an additional cost - the end of stay cleaning service.

Deposit:
A deposit of EUR 300 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
