The Marina Resort has 64 semi-detached split-level houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms which offer views on the marina or on the ocean. Each house has a hoop that allows mooring for 9- to 24-meters long boats.

All the houses include:
Enclosed garden with a lockable gate, terraces (including 1 covered terrace) with garden furniture, closed underground parking for 2 cars (maximum height: 2 meters; LPG vehicles are not allowed) and direct access to the house.

The Resort is equipped with a reception/front desk that guarantees the safety on the island and that offers numerous exclusive services:
- household linen rental (sheets, towels, beach towels…)
- cleaning (mid-stay of end-of-stay)
- party housing, full fridge on arrival and home delivery
- information and help for organizing leisure activities, sailing courses, nautical activities…
- maintenance and fueling of boats, boat rental services, jet skis rental, nautical sports equipment rental…

If you do not own a boat, feel free to use your private mooring spot and rent a boat during your stay. You will be able to discover the Big Blue with a brand new angle.

The waterside houses are furnished and decorated in modern style, blending subdued tones with splashes of vibrant colors. All houses have splendid views of the yachting harbor or the sea which contribute to the overall highly-refreshing atmosphere of the resort. Each house is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable and truly enjoyable vacation.

Accommodation available from 5pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure (3pm and 12am for short stays)

Security deposit payable on arrival: EUR 800 per house.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
