Our hotel is situated away from through-traffic in a very sunny, but still central location at the heart of Lenzerheide, next to the skiing school assembly point. The stop for the free sport bus and the natural ice rink (sports field) are in the direct vicinity. Walking and hiking paths, and the ski pistes and circuits in winter, lead directly past the building. You can walk to the centre of Lenzerheide village in 2 minutes, and get to the picturesque Lake Heid in approximately 10 minutes.

New feature: when you stay over 7 nights, you receive a free SBB train ticket from/to your home or the Swiss border. National and international fast trains travel directly to Chur station. Take the covered passageway to the “Postauto” bus level. Take the “Postauto” bus directly to Lenzerheide. Let us know your arrival time in Lenzerheide, and we’ll gladly pick you up at the post office.

By car:

Take the A3 motorway to Chur. Exit at the “Chur-Süd/Lenzerheide” junction, then follow the cantonal street to Lenzerheide (15 km). Once you get to the village, take the first turn on the right directly after the village sign, towards the church.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 15.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
