Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella, aurinkoisella, mutta kuitenkin keskeisellä paikalla Lenzerheiden sydämessä, lähellä hiihtokoulun kokoontumispistettä. Maksuttoman sport-bussin pysäkki ja oikean jään luistinrata (urheilukenttä) sijaitsevat aivan hotellin läheisyydessä. Kävely- ja patikkapolut sekä hiihtoladut talvisin kulkevat suoraan hotellin vierestä. Lenzerheiden kylän keskustaan kävelee 2 minuutissa ja idylliselle Heid-järvelle kävelee noin 10 minuutissa.
