All rooms are equipped with TV, a telephone with direct outward dialling and spacious bathrooms, some of which have towel warmers. A special treat is the free non-alcoholic minibar; these refreshments are included in the room rate.

By Car
Please keep in mind that when you travel to Saas-Fee by car you can not use the autobahn. You need to cross different passes (Lötschberg, Furka).

During the summer you can drive over the passes without any problems and enjoy the surroundings. Alternatively, you can use the car train. During the winter the passes are not accessible and you have to use the car train. If you have a navigation aid please do not get confused. Some of the systems do not know the car trains. Please follow the signs.

By Train
With the train you can travel until Visp (many international connections). From there you take the post bus directly to Saas-Fee.

By Air
You can land in Sion, Geneva, Milano, Bern, Zürich or Basel. From there you can take the train to Visp (many connections from all those cities to Visp). For individual transfers from the airports or train station you can use one of the taxis. Staff can assist with reservations.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 11 years are charged CHF 70.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
CHF 1.25 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 12 years per night is not included.
CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs CHF 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
