Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 15 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
