In addition to the listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with 2 hot plates, an oven (or microwave), a vacuum cleaner and a TV plug. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris: A10 motorway towards Nantes / Bordeaux. At Dourdan, take the A 11 motorway in the direction of Nantes. At Le Mans, take the A 81 motorway in the direction of Laval-Rennes. Continue on RN 157 to Rennes, then towards Lorient via Ploërmel on RN 24. At Hennebont, take RN 165 towards Quimper / Brest.
• At Quimper, follow the signs for Douarnenez. When you reach Douarnenez, drive towards Tréboul by following the signs for the "Centre de Thalassothérapie", which will lead to the "Plage des Sables Blancs". When you reach the roundabout in front of Sables Blancs Beach, make a left.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 until 12:00 on Sundays, from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 19:00 Monday to Thursday and from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 20:00 on Fridays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
