The apartments consist of a living area and bedroom(s), or one large studio-room, all with modern furnishings. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower or bath. Bed linen and towels are included and maid service is available.

It is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Turn left, cross Ligovsky Prospect, and walk southwards along the avenue until you reach building number 73. Take the first entrance, and go to suite 202.

The office-reception where you collect the keys for your apartment is located at: 73 Ligovsky Prospect, Office 202. It is just 7 minutes’ walk from Moscow railway station and Metro Vosstaniya (southern direction). When you go out of the station turn left, cross the street and find building number 73. Take the first entrance.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged RUB 1200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
