Each of the seven brightly furnished double rooms has its own bathroom and a private terrace or balcony facing south with view over the Atlantic ocean. Also a table with chairs and a Radio-CD-Cassette-Player. All rooms provide a ventilator or heating.

In the mornings we serve a delicious breakfast buffet with rolls, different kinds of bread, cheese, ham, marmalade, honey, cereals, cornflakes, yoghurt, fresh fruits and coffee, tea, juice, milk or cocoa.
During the day you can order dishes from our snack- or dinner menu.

In the typical Algarve-village Santa Barbara de Nexe you will find shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. The picturesque historic city centre of Faro is worth discovering as well. Various shopping malls invite to go window-shopping.
Enjoy the endless sandy beaches on Ilha da Faro, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lage. Those searching for solitude have the possibility to take the ferry to the preliminary islands.
The moderate climate is ideal for various sporty activities like tennis, water-sports, diving, riding, cycling or walking.

The hotel is located at 16 km from the airport (15 minutes driving), which can be reached by public transport in 30 minutes.
From the airport of Faro you should not drive into the city of Faro. Take the second exit, in the direction of Loule - Portimao. After a few kilometres, there is a little village on the right side called PATACAO. There you leave the motorway and follow the signs to Sta. Barbara de Nexe. When you reach Sta. Barbara after a few kilometres, you will be in front of the church, where you should turn to the left, in the direction of LOULE. We are on the road between Loulé and Sta.Bárbara de Nexe.
When you leave Sta.Bárbara in the direction of Loulé, it's about 1.8 km from the church.
After you have passed the sign "Canal", you will reach "Pé do Cerro".
After the Floras Mini-Mercado on the left, there is a long left curve, and then the road goes up the hill.
On top of that little hill there is a small sandy, half round parking place with a few post boxes on the right side.
If you stop there, you will see a small street to your left, going downhill.
On this street, after approximately 80 meters, you will find Quinta do Atlântico on the lefthand side of the road.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 18 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.
