Ellis House is located in the heart of Downtown Niagara Falls in a quiet residential community. This beautiful Victorian home is within walking distance to tourist attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of all that Niagara Falls has to offer. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Rates are based on single/double occupancy, each additional person will be charged CAD 25 per night.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of CAD 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs CAD 15.00 per person.
