All our studios and apartments have a double bed or two singles, plus a double bed-settee in the living room when there are suites, a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave and electric hob, an office area, a bathroom or shower room with W.C., telephone with direct line, television with satellite and canal+.

The reception is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week except from 12:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access codes.

Payment is due upon arrival at the residence.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
