Our hotel is non-smoking and does not allow pets, due to the growing number of allergy-related illnesses.

In our gardens we offer a small children's playground, and for mobility-impaired guests a pretty little trail planted with flowers and shrubs.

Our library offers a wide range of literature to delve into, including children's books. To ensure guests can stay in close contact with loved ones, we offer an internet cafe for your use.

All our rooms are completely renovated and invite guests, whether travelling alone, as a couple, or in a family, to enjoy a bright and friendly ambience.

The rooms are en suite with modern bathrooms and the ground floor boasts 7 newly built showers for mobility-impaired guests.

Each room has either a small terrace area or a balcony, giving a beautiful view of either the pretty village of Bermatingen with its surrounding vineyards or the newly landscaped hotel garden.

For families with children we can offer 3 sets of inter-locking rooms for your comfort.

Treat yourself to our sumptuous breakfast buffet in the mornings. Both the decor and furnishings of the breakfast room make it the perfect place to relax and start you morning. On warmer days we serve breakfast on our terrace.

On request, our newly renovated, modern kitchen will whip you up an evening meal.

We will happily cater for specific diets and nutritional needs, and you can even book a consultation with our in-house holistic nutritionist.

Bermatingen is a state-approved leisure resort and has a whole host of historical attractions to visit, as well as pretty surrounding towns and villages.

See the sights of the area by foot, by bike or by car. We can especially recommend the region around Gehrenberg mountain and the beautiful countryside of Linzgau is also worth exploring.

The island of Mainau is worth a visit all year round, particularly in the Spring when the flowers are in bloom.

In the summer, the lake provides countless leisure activities, such as sailing, surfing, bathing and boat tours.

A cultural highlight and a must-see is the annual Bregenz Festival.

Coming from the A81:

at Hegauer junction, drive towards Stockach, Friedrichshafen, after Meersburg drive towards Markdorf/Ravensburg and in Markdorf, at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Bermatingen. After approximately 2 km you will reach Bermatingen; take the first street on your left and after approximately 200 metres you will see our hotel on the left.

Coming from the A 96:

exit no. 3, Friedrichshafen, follow the road to Friedrichshafen, before the Shell petrol station turn right towards Markdorf, continue and then take a left at the first traffic lights in Markdorf. Take the first exit at the first roundabout towards Bermatingen. After approximately 2 km you will reach Bermatingen; take the first street on your left and after approximately 200 metres you will see our hotel on the left.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
