Built in 1855, Tides Reach is an elegantly furnished and appointed guest house, offering fresh fruit and a traditional cooked breakfast. This is a quiet double room with en suite shower room. It has a flat-screen DVD and complimentary tea and coffee making. The room does not have a sea view (this is available by request through web site) but has a quiet aspect. The room is cosy and centrally heated. There is free Wi-Fi access and a DVD library to use.

This is a separate residence that was once the former stables to the house. It is now comfortable family accommodation with a very high level of privacy.
Downstairs is comprised of a double bedroom with room for a roll-away bed; and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, a lounge and a dining room. The full kitchen has, in addition to the facilities listed below, a washing machine/drier, and full-size cooker. The lounge has a double pull-out sofa-bed.
The accommodation comes with linen and towels. A full cooked breakfast is available in the guest house at an extra cost per adult (free for children).
DVDs are available for free use from the guest house. The clean and spacious accommodation has the benefit of side sea views and is centrally heated. |

Tides Reach has certificates for fire safety, insurance and food hygiene. The guest house has achieved a Green Dragon award, environmentally-friendly certification, and soon hopes to have most of its hot water needs catered for by solar power. The guest house has the top Welsh Tourist Board award: 5 stars.
All rooms feature powerful showers, free Wi-Fi and a modern, refurbished decor.
Breakfasts are taken in the lovely dining room with character features, including a grandfather clock. Breakfasts are mainly organic with full vegetarian and vegan options. Fresh fruits are a speciality of the house.
There are a range of restaurants in the surroundings, the staff will be happy to make suggestions and arrange reservations for you.
The city of Swansea is the only place in the UK where you can shop, eat out and enjoy a vibrant arts, entertainment and club scene yet be so close to an area of outstanding natural beauty. Gower has some spectacular coastal scenery including the view from the village of Rhossili, reputedly the eighth most photographed sunset in the world.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
