By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction
of Cape Town.
- Follow the signs in the direction of Sea Point/Table Mountain/
Waterfront.
- Continue on this road, you will pass the ICCCT on your left-hand side.
- Follow the M62 through the city, direction of Table Mountain and Cable
Car.
- Once up the hill, do not turn left in the direction of the Cable Car but
continue ahead in the direction of Camps Bay.
- Continue downhill on Camps Bay Drive.
- Once you see Camps Bay Beach on your right-hand side, turn left onto
Prima Avenue (1st street to your left).
- Once again take the first turn to your left, onto Hely Hutchinson Avenue.
- The Villa is on your left-hand side, after about 100 metres.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
