By car:
- Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 North (Outer Ring Road) until you
reach Spaghetti Junction.
- Take the left-hand exit (165) and continue on the N3 until you see the
Welcome to Durban sign on your left.
- You are now on the road that will take you directly into the Berea area
of Durban.
- Take the 1st turn-off to your left, just past the tollgate bridge (exit 3).
- You are now on Berea Road North.
- Take the first road to your left – Essenwood Road – and continue
ahead, crossing 5 junctions.
- Once Essenwood Road joins Montpelier Road, turn left onto Montpelier
Road.
- Turn right onto North Ridge Road, you will see an Engen garage on your
left.
- Turn right onto Lumsden Crescent at the 2nd junction.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 100.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
