Apartamentos La Mineria
  These apartments are situated in Roquetes de Mar and its facilities are in tune with the surrounding landscape thanks to tourist development policies. Each apartment boasts an exterior balcony equipped with a table and chairs and from which you can enjoy sea views. There is also a restaurant with buffet service and a cider house on the ground floor, a “cyber” corner with internet access, an outdoor swimming pool with a summer terrace and a heated pool in the winter. There is also free WiFi access in all the rooms. The Roquetas area is the ideal place to spend your holidays. There are beaches, cultural and sporting activities on your doorstep, national parks and local festivities. |

The apartments are cleaned every 3 days. The towels are changed every 3 days. The bed linen is changed every 6 days. Photos:
The outdoor swimming pool is open from the 15th June to the 15th of September. The heated swimming pool is open the rest of the year. In both facilities you are required to wear a swimming hat. Reception is open from 07:00 until 01:00.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 4.00 per day. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
