Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 60 km from Cititel Mid Valley and takes about 45 minutes to reach by car.
The special rate published is not available at the counter and/or upon check-in. Breakfast shall be confirmed and guaranteed by guest upon reservation online. There is no refund for non-consumption of breakfast.

Guests who park at the malls carpark are to pay directly upon exiting.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
