By Plane:
Airport transfers are available on request from Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airport at an additional cost per car per way.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 10.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 5.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 20.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
