Food and drink strengthen body and soul, and if you are looking for traditional Tyrolean cuisine and a cosy atmosphere, then our guesthouse is the right choice. We use only high-quality ingredients and fresh produce from our own farm (milk, fruit, vegetables and herbs). Our skillful staff uses them to prepare delicious meals.

Our beautiful, Tyrolean-style "Stuben" (dining rooms), which are up to 200 years old, invite you to linger and provide the perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two, a merry family celebration or a quick sit-down for hungry travellers.

By car on the A12 (Inntal motorway):

Coming from Germany via Kufstein:
Take the exit Zillertal/Achensee, then follow the signs for "Jenbach". After about 2 kilometres you take the turn in the direction of "Rotholz".

Coming from Italy or Switzerland via Innsbruck:
Take the exit Jenbach, then follow the signs for "Rotholz" (approx. 2 kilometres).

Important information for users of navigation systems:
Our hotel is located in Rotholz (district of the village of Buch). Most systems show the best results with the following information:

Village or Town: Strass im Zillertal
Street Name: Rotholz

Usually it is not possible to enter a house number. The point given is only a few metres from our hotel.

By train:

The train station at Jenbach is about 2,5 kilometres away from the hotel. Pick-up is possible on request.

By plane:

The closest airport is Innsbruck (INN), about 35 kilometres away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
