The hotel consists of 4 storeys and 2 wings in a beautiful, newly constructed building. All rooms and apartments are exceptionally luxurious, with modern and cosy furniture.

All rooms are equipped with doors with magnetic cards and anti-allergic linen and pillows.

Most rooms and apartments have their own terrace with exceptionally beautiful views towards the Pirin Mountains and Bansko. Some rooms offer views of the ski runs.

The cosy and beautiful hotel restaurant boasts elegant architecture and serves international and Bulgarian specialities, as well as a large selection of wines.

Opening hours:
Breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00.
Lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 24:00.

The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day and serves a wide range of drinks.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
