Other information
There are a variety of beach and water related activities at nearby Kata and Karon Beaches. At night, the beach area comes alive with bars and restaurants. The tour desk offers a number of day trips to explore the Phuket area. Places of interest include the Khao Sok National Park, where you can do elephant jungle trekking, swim by a waterfall and canoe down the Khao Sok River. The Phang Nga National Marine Park is also worth a visit as you can see magnificent limestone rock outcrops such as James Bond Island. A real sea gypsy village is also a highlight. Photos:
By Plane: Kata Happy House is about a 45-minutes drive from Phuket International Airport. Airport pick up is available by car or mini van, please advise flight details at the time of your reservation. Photos:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged THB 300.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs THB 60.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
