The studio apartment has an original wood floor and the walls are well decorated with pictures and paintings. The space is sunny and bright with large windows and apartments are fully furnished, with open kitchen and bathroom.

The Clinton neighborhood has everything New York can offer, including three health clubs, several wine and gourmet food stores, numerous bars and clubs for all interests and many traditional, ethnic and off beat restaurants are all within a short walking radius. Herald Square, a major department store, Madison Square Garden and the Jacob Javits Center are all minutes away by foot, subway or taxi.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
