Please note that the swimming pool will be closed from 13 September till 28 September for general maintenance; therefore the Crowne Plaza Hotel Muscat shall provide a complimentary shuttle service to the Intercontinental Muscat to use their Pool.
This service will be provided thrice a day, timings as mentioned below:
Drop Off to Intercontinental Muscat at 10:00 Hours, 13:00 Hours and 16:00 Hours.
Pick Up From Intercontinental Muscat at 13:15Hours, 16:15 Hours and 18:15 Hours
Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged OMR 11.70 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs OMR 5.30 per 30 minutes.
