Available only to guests who have reserved Suites or Imperial Rooms, the Imperial Lounge is one of the most appealing spaces in the hotel. Situated on the 7th floor, this extended ‘drawing room’ features numerous seating areas, comfortably furnished with sofas and arm chairs, where guests can meet one another, browse among a wide selection of newspapers and periodicals, catch up on the latest news or sports on satellite television channels, or simply curl up with a good book.

Breakfast is served here every morning for Imperial Floor guests, as well as complimentary light lunches, afternoon tea, evening snacks and drinks, all laid out as a buffet in the Cavalieri’s inimitable style. Help yourself to a glass of prosecco and pull up a chair on one for the Imperial Lounge’s 6 balconies to watch the last rays of the sun on the dome of St Peter’s.

The hotel offers 345 rooms and 25 suites. Each room measures 50m², features sleeping and living areas, and comes with a range of stylish features like pillow menus and flat screen televisions, as well as a spacious private balcony for al fresco breakfast or evening aperitif.

Rooms are equipped to accommodate a maximum of 3 people. They also have marble bathrooms with LCD TV sets, magnifying mirrors, electronic safes, and doors with double locks. King Rooms are furnished with a king size bed, and Twin Rooms are furnished with 2 separate beds (each 120 cm wide).

La Pergola Restaurant is a fine dining gourmet restaurant set on the rooftop garden. The restaurant offers dazzling haute Italian cuisine in a spectacular panoramic setting, and it’s open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.

L’Uliveto Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers Italian, Mediterranean and International cuisine, and features a charming outdoor terrace by the swimming pool, where you can enjoy your meal along with the Mediterranean atmosphere of the gardens.

The Rome Cavalieri also has 2 sophisticated bars in the lobby and by the swimming pool, serving cocktails, drinks, snacks and light meals. Additionally, the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club Café has its own bar featuring a special menu with healthy foods and drinks.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
