By Plane:
You can take a taxi from the airport. Alternatively, you can use the hotel shuttle service if you provide your flight details at the time of reservation.

Tourist visas can be obtained at Bahrain International Airport or at the King Fahad Causeway for:
- Citizens of the European Community, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Turkey and United Kingdom.
- Visitors who have been a resident in the GCC for a minimum of 6 months, and who possess a return visa for a country of GCC residency.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
