Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport can be provided upon request. Charges apply.

The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival:
- AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only)
- France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 180.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 25.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 125.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs AED 66.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
