Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
